The Powerhouse – Dartford

We were appointed by Bericote & Amazon to undertake the design and management of the utility network along with the sitewide external infrastructure for the Developers Base build.

The base build was modified to capture the tenants’ enhancements required following the fit-out building services design for the warehouse and office areas.

Based in Dartford, this is a bespoke automated fulfilment centre over 4 floors with a total floor space in excess of 2.2 million sq ft complete with two-storey main office & ancillary facilities.

Amazon’s first fully electric fulfilment centre in the UK with high efficiency air source heat pumps installed to provide space heating and cooling to the warehouse in lieu of gas.
