Multi-storey facility – Barking

A stacked factory building allowing vehicle access to multi-level industrial units, arranged around landscaped deck spaces creating a community of small and medium sized flexible manufacturing and storage facilities.

Based in Barking and one of the first of its kind to be completed in the UK, this is a bespoke building complete with helical ramp to facilitate access to the 1st and 2nd floor levels. On completion, the building will achieve EPCA and BREEAM Excellent.

MBA were appointed by the Developer and subsequently by the building Contractor McLaren to undertake the design and management of utilities, sitewide infrastructure, and perform the building services design for the Landlord and Factory areas.
