A sustainable multi-level storage, last mile delivery and employment hub in the Royal Docks combining external amenity space, industrial and logistics and distribution space and last mile logistics in an area adjacent to London City Airport with enhanced river frontage, achieving density and diversity by co-locating and stacking different typologies and functions.

Based in the Royal Docklands, Albert Island is one of the first of its kind to be completed in the UK, this development will serve many functions. On completion, each part of the development will achieve EPC A and BREEAM Excellent.

MBA were appointed by the Developer and to undertake the BREEAM and Sustainability reporting, design and management of utilities, sitewide infrastructure, and perform the building services and fire protection design for the Landlord and Tenant spaces.
