SEGRO Park Newham

The completion of SEGRO Park Newham – an employment led mixed-use development – represents an investment of £34m, creating more than 250 long-term jobs in a major growth area of London and has resulted in a former landfill site returned to use after more than 40 years. The site incorporates several sustainability features including photovoltaic cells, electric vehicle charging points and high scoring EPC and BREEAM building ratings. One of the warehouses also contains a range of sensors that will help manage utilisation and environmental, energy and plant performance.​
