Residential Development – London Borough of Islington

We were appointed directly by Higgins Partnership to carry out the detailed design of the mechanical and electrical services for a new residential development.

The Hathersage and Besant Court development will consist of 38 new homes spread across 7no. new blocks, for the London Borough of Islington.

These new homes will be constructed in addition to the existing housing blocks on the site, all designed to current standards with an exceptional level of energy efficiency.
