Residential Development – London

We were appointed directly by Higgins Partnership to carry out the detailed design of the mechanical and electrical services for a new residential development.

Telfer House is a new six-storey residential development located in central London. It replaced a derelict 1960s low rise residential development and will consist of 38 new apartments all designed to current standards with an exceptional level of energy efficiency.
