Telfer House

MBA has been appointed to work directly for the main contractor, Higgins Partnership, to carry out the detailed design of the mechanical and electrical services.

Telfer House is a new six-storey residential development located in central London. It replaces a derelict 1960s low rise residential development and will consist of 38 new apartments.

The construction programme is between Aug ’20 to May ‘22
