Logistics Park – Corby

Midlands Logistics Park is considered as one of the premier logistics parks in the UK. Its strategic location on the A14 in Corby allows access to both the East Coast Ports along with the Midlands/Southeast markets.

We were appointed to provide Utility management to co-ordinate all incoming services for a greenfield site. Our role extended to providing a base build scope of services for the design of Building Services to RIBA stage 3+.

Subsequently we have been involved in the fit out design for the units with varying logistics solutions.
