Distribution Centre – Northampton

We were appointed by GLP to perform the design for the building services associated with the Developers Base Build, for a new distribution centre located in Northampton.

The project consists of 4no. units ranging in size from 50,350 sq ft through to 155,227 sq ft and is located within Moulton Park, considered to be part of the ‘Golden Triangle’ with the largest concentration of space for the industrial & Logistics market in Europe.
