Dartford Warehouses

MBA are appointed as the client’s M&E consultant, providing design advice and enhanced performance duties to stage 3 for the M&E services. 

The development, by Wrenbridge, consists of 5no. new build high specification warehouse units located in Dartford.  The units range in size from 50,000 sq ft to 85,000 sq ft.

Now in the construction phase of the scheme, MBA are retained client-side and are providing site monitoring duties as well as reviewing the performance and quality of the detailed design and working drawings.
