The Bridge – Dartford Warehouses
We were appointed by Wrenbridge to perform the design for the building services associated with the Developers Base Build for multiple new distribution units located in Dartford, Kent.
The development consisted of Five high specification warehouse units located in Dartford ranging from 50,000 sq ft to 85,000 sq ft.
The estate required utility strategy and masterplan due to the complex nature of the existing services and constraints around the site.
