MBA were appointed to provide a full project scope of services designing Building Services for a greenfield site, inclusive of Utility management.
Multi-Temperature Food Distribution facility with ambient, frozen and chill warehouse and three-story office block.
The Refrigeration systems design consisted of two independent systems to provided standby using environmentally friendly CO2 as the primary Refrigerant, with the two systems housed in a self-contained weatherproof housing.
