Littlebrook power station is currently undergoing conversion into a 2.3M sqft+ logistics facility, set over 45 acres, vast, four-storey warehouse to be built on a 45-acre plot of land within London’s orbital M25 motorway. The unit will combine the space, power and connectivity to house Amazon’s cutting-edge, robotic packing operation, along with a BREEAM Excellent sustainability rating. ​

A statement released by Bericote Properties noted the wider 114-acre site could support the potential development of around 1.7m sq ft of other logistics​

MBA were/are appointed to consult on the demolition of the decommissioned power plant alongside Water, Gas and HV diversions. Additionally MBA aided with the design and implementation of new HV, water, gas and comms.
