Nick leads from the front with a hands-on, solutions-focused mindset, an approach that makes him a pivotal member and leader of MBA Consulting Engineers. His broad technical expertise makes him a trusted advisor in high-performance, operationally critical environments, supporting a diverse portfolio of clients both in the UK and internationally. Outside work, he is a keen golfer, a passionate rugby fan, and enjoys field sports and spending quality time with his family.

Naresh is a highly motivated professional with over 30 years’ experience in building services design. His expertise spans a wide range of sectors, including industrial and logistics facilities, large scale e-commerce facilities, commercial, retail, and leisure developments. Naresh has a reputation for dynamic problem solving and decisive action planning while managing to ensure all stakeholders are engaged and heard. His ability to communicate complex designs enables the resolution of emerging challenges in large-scale projects, expertly managed from concept to completion. Naresh values strategic foresight, adaptability, and leading with humility. Outside work, Naresh enjoys cooking authentic Indian family meals paired with Irn-Bru! His idea of a balanced weekend involves golf and spending quality time with family and friends and his two ragdoll cats.

Dominic is a seasoned professional with over 21 years’ combined experience in electrical design and installation across a wide range of sectors. Backed by a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours in Building Services Engineering, he brings deep technical expertise and commercial insight to every project. His broad practical knowledge coupled with his ability to act as an effective liaison between contractors and clients ensures seamless project delivery – from initial design through to construction and final handover. Dom’s strength lies in translating complex technical requirements into clear, actionable outcomes, making him an invaluable asset in any project environment. Dom is a passionate fan of Formula One and football, an avid cyclist, and a devoted family man who cherishes quality time with loved ones.

Matt is a Chartered Engineer with over 30 years of experience in building services, delivering projects across retail, residential, commercial offices, and high-risk buildings some of which have been of a value up to £2.5 billion. Having led large engineering teams in London and the South East as well as developing a broad skill set and strong client base, this has continued to shape MBA’s current sector coverage. Based in the London office and supporting projects nationwide, Matt is known for his collaborative, pro-active and focused approach. Outside of work, Matt is a keen cyclist who enjoys keeping the wheels turning.

Kieran is an associate director at MBA with over 10 years of experience in the building services sector. He has a strong track record in understanding client requirements and taking projects from inception through the planning, design, and execution phases. Kieran has worked on a wide variety of building types, including multi-level automated distribution, commercial and industrial facilities, hotels and multi-use buildings, high-rise residential, healthcare, manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals. His experience includes design consultancy, mechanical and electrical contracting and pharma manufacturing. Outside of work, Kieran enjoys traveling, music, and rugby.

Ashton, an electrical design engineer with over 13 years of experience, has worked across a diverse range of sectors. He is highly skilled in designing electrical services infrastructure and detailed designs within logistics, commercial, retail, transportation, and residential sectors. His experience includes energy strategy and feasibility studies, design within a 3D modelling environment, as well as electrical plant selection and specification. Ashton excels at liaising with all stakeholders to ensure a successful project delivery and handover. In his free time, he enjoys taking walks, playing golf, and playing football.
